To initiate the return process, you must first contact our support team. Please send an email with the subject line “Refund Request” to our customer support team, stating that you wish to return the product. This step is necessary to ensure your request is processed with priority.
Step 3: Prepare Your Return Package
Once you have contacted customer support, return all the bottles you received, whether they are full, partially used, or empty. To expedite processing, please include a note inside the package with the following details:

Email Address
Order ID (optional but recommended for faster processing)
Ensure that you return the items to the correct address.
Step 4: Shipping the Return Package

We do not cover shipping fees for returned items, and we are not liable for packages lost in transit.
Step 5: Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within a few business days. A confirmation email will be sent to notify you of the refund status. Please note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
